Who The Son Sets Free

John 8:31-32,36

Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed him, ” If you abide in my word, you are my disciples indeed.” And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. Therefore, ” If the son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”

We have all face traumatic experiences in our lives. Some of us had to deal with unexpected loss of multiple love ones. Some of us has dealt with the loss of our marriage, our job, our home, our innocence, our confidence, self-esteem and the list goes on. We have all been to our breaking point when we felt like this is it. I’m done! It’s over! I’m finished! I will not be able to recover from this! But by God’s grace and mercy you found courage, strength and endurance to pull through and to keep fighting. You prayed, consecrated, sowed seeds, studied God’s word and declaratively praised him. You did everything that you knew to do to get over and to get through. And you won! It happened! God heard your cry and answered; however, just when you think you’re over it. You’ve moved on. Here they come. Oh My God! Those triggers. A trigger is an event or situation that can cause something or someone to happen or exist. A trigger can provoke or bring about. Bring about things like old feelings and emotions. A trigger is a set up for a set back basically. That’s why it is so important to recognize them and learn how to deal with them right then and there. Remember God’s word told us that who the son sets free is free indeed. This means we are free from past hurts, past pains, past relationships. We are free from grief, loss, emotional turmoil, mental distress, anxiety, depression, worry and fear. We are free from strongholds and soul ties. Our faith has made us free. We have been liberated and delivered. Walk in your freedom. Own it. And when people and situations (the enemy) tries to provoke you stand in your God giving power and authority and declare ” I AM FREE”!

Bible Scriptures On Freedom and Deliverance:

James 4:7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Isaiah 43:18-19 Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
